Our recent project is this luxury double-storey house on Songbird Close, Oranpark. This house is a dream for modern living people, with a living area of 443.9 m2, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a powder room. It is designed with stone cladding on the facade, aluminum cladding on the balcony frame, and wooden slats on the balcony face. It also has a special feature of a void with a 6.1m total height from ceiling to roof, creating a spacious and airy feeling. This house is a testament to our excellence and innovation.
